Several weeks ago, I made it a mission to swatch my beauty collections to its entirety. Or at least attempt to! If you’re looking to find other swatches, click here! Today’s swatches and review, however, will be my ColourPop Super Shock Shadow collection! I own over 50 and love each and every shade! I’ll be sharing my thoughts on the formula, finishes, best ways of application, and more below. PS: Coupon code “priyanka5” will save you $5 on your next ColourPop purchase!
ColourPop products make up over half my makeup collection. Their quality is SO good and prices are unbeatable no matter what you’re looking for. More than that, their packaging is so luxe! Heck, they even found a way to make shipping affordable for both domestic and international consumers! $30 domestic orders and $50 international orders will get you FREE shipping – it’s just a major win, win, win, and win. What more can you ask for?
Super Shock Shadows
ColourPop’s Super Shock Shadows are their creme-powder eyeshadows. They cost $5 a piece and deliver insane pigment with just one swipe! My favorite way to apply these are with my fingers to get precise application and incredible color payoff.
Like I mentioned above, I have over 50 shades to share with you – some, unfortunately, are not available anymore but many still are!
ColourPop Super Shock Shadows are so buttery and easy to work with!
Fall can’t come soon enough, I am DYING to play with all these berry/terra-cotta tones!
The shade range ColourPop offers is INCREDIBLE. If you’ve been following ColourPop for some time now, you know they release new things ever so often so there’s a great chance you’ll find your color palette without an issue.
More than their shade range, ColourPop Super Shock Shadows come in a variety of finishes:
- Ultra Glitter
- Ultra Metallic
One warning I will give is to make sure you keep lids airtight closed once you’re done using them – I made the mistake of leaving a few open and had to toss them away since they dried out.
I often get asked what my favorite shades are and it is nearly impossible for me to chose. I love every shade I bought and have so many more on my I’d like to purchase! I will say, I do use my metallic, pearlized, and glitter shades more than mattes for an added pop of color on the lids. I personally prefer pressed powders for mattes.
