Precious Stones

There are 5 limited edition Obsessions Palettes in the Precious Stones collection and each is inspired by the rich reflection of a gemstone – Amethyst, Ruby, Emerald, Topaz, and Sapphire.

Obsessions palettes retail for $27 a piece, you can find them at Sephora and Huda’s website.

Following descriptions are from Huda’s website:

Amethyst

Bring bold femininity to your make-up collection with this amethyst-inspired palette and a collection of 6 duo-chrome shimmers and 3 creamy matte shadows. The shades range from moody mauve and violet to barely-there pink, so you can create a look to suit your mood.

Emerald

In this palette, green is the new black! Think contemporary mint and olive or opt for timelessly glamourous emerald and look-at-me peacock green. Take your look to the next level with these 6 duo-chrome shimmers and 3 mattes.

My Thoughts

These are great palettes to create bold looks with or to use as companion palettes for a pop of color. I had a positive experience with each of these palettes when it comes to the formula. I will say, the first mattes in the Sapphire and Topaz are a bitch patchy compared to the rest but look gorgeous with a tiny bit more work.
