Lady Burgundy Luxe Lip Lacquers | Swatches

If you’ve followed me for a while, you know some of my all time favorite lippies are from Lady Burgundy. Their Matte Lip Creams are some of the most comfortable, long wearing matte lippies on the market and today, they launched a new lip formula – Luxe Lip Lacquers. One swipe of Luxe Lip Lacquers will give you the perfect amount of pigment for your look!

Our Luxe Lip Lacquers can be worn not one but two ways! For a high shine finish, just apply as normal and forget about it! But if you’re looking for a more matte finish, simply dab gently after applying. Use with or without a lip liner – the option is yours! Lip Lacquers offer a pigmented, hydrating look to your lips in just one swipe.

There are 6 shades that launched today. These are all named and inspired by beautiful cities worldwide!

The perfect your lips but better for fair to light skin tones is here! This flesh toned nude has hints of pink for a lip colour that won’t make you look washed out. Osaka (大阪市 Ōsaka-shi) is inspired after one of our favourite cities in Japan.

Inspired by Austria’s capital, Vienna is a perfect medium rose toned shade. Add a pinch of pink to your lips with this beautiful colour!

Medium rose nudes like Petra are always bestsellers – and for good reason! Inspired after Jordan’s famous “rose red city” we know this shade will quickly become a cult favourite.

Positano is inspired after the beautiful idyllic village in Italy. This shade is the perfect marsala nude – named rightfully so after a wine colour.

Nairobi is a medium rosy brown nude – the perfect mix of deep pink and brown hues. Named after the capital of Kenya, Nairobi is the perfect nude for medium to deep skin tones.

Rich and full of colour like the bustling Indian city itself – Mumbai is a deep berry toned mauve.

My Thoughts

I find each and every shade wearable on my complexion and can see all of these suiting a wide range of skin tones – which is why I have a soft spot in my heart of Lady Burgundy. They are SO inclusive! The formula feels hydrating, is very pigmented and super comfortable. One swipe is all you need!

Here’s a quick look I did the other day wearing Petra! I’m also wearing Lady Burgundy’s lashes in Amrita!
