I am that person that strolls through Marshalls once a week. It’s so hard not to when I live less than a mile away! Plus, their deals are so great. I especially love walking down the beauty aisle, the location closest to me finally started to carry a wider selection of high end/luxury brands – recently there has been TONS of Anastasia Beverly Hills, Too Faced, Marc Beauty, Lancome, Kat Von D, and more! On the drugstore end, I see tons of Maybelline, Real Techniques, Profusion, Makeup Revolution, and Elf.
I asked on Instagram if y’all would like to see a Marshalls Haul and so many of you said yes – here’s what I picked up! (more…)
Anastasia Beverly Hills creates some of my ALL TIME favorite eyeshadow palettes. The formula is on point, the shade ranges are GORGEOUS, and basically, they speak to my soul. If you’ve been curious of purchasing one or adding a second, third, or fourth palette to your collection – I have swatches of each.

Anastasia Beverly Hills Soft Glam was on my “Must Have” list as soon as I saw Norvina share pictures of it. It’s a softer version of Modern Renaissance and full of beautiful shades that are perfect for day to day and evening looks.
After using this palette nonstop the last couple weeks, I can say it is my favorite ABH palette to date. It’s full of shades that are right up my alley and the formula is as perfect as can be!
Natural eye makeup is where I feel most comfortable but lately I’ve been LOVING creating some full, glam eye looks! Yes, I’m talking fun color, shimmers, glitter, falsies, and winged liner! They are so fun to do and channel my creative side so today I thought I’d show you a Valentine’s Day inspired glamorous look I created!
The beauty of this look is that it would look great both all day as well as just the evening if you’re trying to find something specific for a date night. It’s full on glam, feminine, and absolutely stunning! The pinks make my girly self smile ear to ear while the deep burgundy purple and winged liner bring in the sultry, sexy side.

Creating a stunning makeup look doesn’t have to break the bank and Wet N Wild proved that yet again with their new and improved formula of their Color Icon shadows! I was so excited when these launched – the palettes looked beautiful in photos and from what I saw in reviews. I was especially curious and excited about Rosé in the Air because it looked SO similar to Anastasia Beverly Hills Modern Renaissance palette, which is a staple for so many of us beauty lovers!
It didn’t take much for people to link this palette to ABH’s Modern Renaissance. Does it really serve as a dupe or is it a total dud? Read on to see my review on this palette plus comparison swatches to Modern Renaissance!
