BFF BEST FACE FOREVER EXFOLIATING FACE WASH – 4 fl oz $20

This face wash is AMAZING! It has a minty scent and it exfoliated my skin so well! It cleaned out my pores and left my face feeling super fresh! I’m seriously thinking about switching to this face wash once I finish out the various ones I have right now!

NIGHT & DAY OLIVE AND LAVENDER MOISTURIZER – 4 fl oz $20

I’m still in search of the perfect moisturizer so I was pleased when I was sent a sample of this! I really loved the smell of this moisturizer and I felt it kept my face moisturized all day long compared to my daily moisturizer!

TREE HUGGER D•TOX BODY SCRUB  – 9 oz $24

I’m picky when it comes to body scrubs but I instantly fell in love with the Tree Hugger! It smelled great, it felt amazing on my skin, and it definitely did it’s job and it did it well! My body felt so soft and clean after using it! This will be added to my list of things to purchase once I finish all the products I have now!

COCONUT CREME COCKTAIL SKINDELICIOUS BODY BUTTER – 8 oz $22

I love body butters and I have to say this is one of my favorites! The scent is strong but it isn’t overwhelming at all! This body butter left my hands super soft and moisturized all day!

THE STRIPPER D•TOX BODY MUD – 8 oz $24

I loved this mask! I was told this might make my face feel hot when I used it but it didn’t! I tested it on my wrist first and I recommend anyone who uses this to do so just in case! This mask is truly wonderful and it left my face so clean, smooth and I noticed most of my blackheads were gone! My pores were so clean! I definitely will add this on my list of things to buy once I use up my other masks!

I loved all of these products and I cannot wait to finish my other moisturizers, creams, face washes, and masks so I can switch over to Perfectly Posh! I love the fact that they are made up of completely natural ingredients and their products are so affordable!

Birchbox July 2014

This post may contain affiliate links.

I resubscribed to Birchbox last week and had no idea I would still be able to get July’s box! I was excited because I thought the theme, Women’s Health, was interesting!

For those who don’t know, Birchbox is a monthly beauty sampling subscription service that costs $10/month!

Birchbox is one of my favorite subscription services because I find myself using and loving everything I receive!

Another reason I love Birchbox is their INCREDIBLE points system! For every item in your box you review, you receive 10 Birchbox points, which is equal to $1 in the Birchbox store. These points add up since you can get $5 or more worth of store credit each month!

Onto the item I received:

Each box comes with a card listing what the box contains.

Beauty Protector and Treat Mask: 1 oz – $6.50

Naobay Body Radiance Lotion: 1 oz – $3.00

July 2014 Beauty Box 5 Review

Hello lovelies! I received my first Beauty Box 5 a few days ago and wanted to share my experience with you all!

Beauty Box 5 is a monthly beauty subscription service that delivers 5 deluxe samples and full-sized products directly to your mailbox! Each box is $12/month, but they also have quarterly and yearly subscriptions! Quarterly subscriptions are $30 and a yearly subscription is $99!

I was super curious to try this box after reading all the mixed reviews and once I saw there was a coupon code for a free box I couldn’t stop myself from ordering it!

Each box comes with a card that lists the theme of the month and all the products featured in your box! This month’s theme was defining moments!

Products I received:

Miss Jessie’s Multi Cultural Curls: 1 oz | $1.88

HASK Argan Oil Intensive Deep Conditioning Hair Treatment: 1.75 oz | $2.49

I received the Miss Jessie’s Multi Cultural Curls in a previous Birchbox and liked the product! I’ll definitely be putting this to use soon! I haven’t tried this Argan Oil Treatment before but it seems interesting! I’m always looking for new hair treatments since my hair is super thick, wavy + curly, frizzy, and hard to maintain so I was pleased to see these two products in my Beauty Box 5!

Anna’s Naturals Glowing Mama Walnut Face & Body Scrub: My jar doesn’t say how many ounces it has but the full size would be 4 oz | $10.99

Revlon Bold Lacquer Mascara: $7.99

Body Drench Candy Licious Lips: $3.99

The body scrub has a great scent and I love how it’s all natural and vegan! I’ve seen this mascara being featured in multiple beauty boxes this month and have read great reviews so I can’t wait to start using it! I received the lip balm in Grape Lollipop and can’t wait to try it!

This month’s Beauty Box 5 definitely had a nice value and I will be using everything I received! This box was completely free because of the coupon code I had used! I’m tempted to keep my subscription but I will have to think about it before making a final decision.

July Beauteque BB Bag Review

Beauteque is a new beauty subscription service that recently launched. They hosted a giveaway prior to their launch and chose one winner from three social media platforms, Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook! I won their Instagram giveaway!

Each winner was sent a beauty bag full of goodies! Each Beauteque Beauty Bag is $22 plus shipping. Beauteque features many international brands and each subscriber is given the ability to choose which particular product they want in their bags. For example, Beauteque lists out numerous eyeshadow pigments you can choose from plus a list of different masks each subscriber can choose from!

Each BB Bag comes with an introduction card and this month’s bag came with cute passport book that listed each product and what they do and how to use them. What I really liked was that each list showed all the different products we were able to choose from rather than limiting it to only the products we received in our BB Bag.

Here is what I received in my BB Bag!

Beauteque Mineral Eye Shimmer in Caribbean Coral $10.99

My Beauty Diary Face Masks in Strawberry Yogurt and Arbutin: $1.99 each

We were allowed to choose two face masks in this bag! I haven’t used the Arbutin yet but my mom tried out the Strawberry Yogurt and she loved it! I’m definitely putting in an order for a whole box soon!

image

Beauteque Foundation Brush: $10.50

I love how this brush has a bamboo handle and the bristles are really soft!

image

Holika Holika Dessert Time Pudding Pack in Pineapple: $0.75

I’ve never tried a pudding mask before so I’m definitely curious to see how it works!

image

A’Pieu Shea Hand Lotion in Rose: $8.99

I haven’t used this lotion yet since I have tons of opened bottles I need to finish first but this one smells great!

image

Etude House Drawing Eyebrow Pencil: $7.00

I don’t use brow pencils so I gave it to my mom!

image

This Essie Nail Polish was a bonus item for the first few people who signed up for the BB Bag when it first launched! I wasn’t expecting to get one but was super happy seeing it in my bag! I love nail polish and I love this color!
image

The value of this bag was around $41 and the price is $22 plus shipping! I definitely think it’s a great deal, especially if you like trying new brands and a mix of skincare plus makeup!

I recommend checking out Beauteque’s website! They have amazing deals going on right now with their 21 Days of Summer!
