Easy Homemade Vegetarian Pizza Recipe

Incredibly easy and delicious vegetarian pizza! Super easy to make and customizable to everyone's liking. Perfect for a night in and even parties!

  • 1 packet pizza crust
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tbsp salt
  • 1/2 tbsp ground red chili pepper
  • 1/2 tbsp ajwain
  • 6 oz colby jack cheese
  • 1 bag green onions
  • tomato sauce


  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Follow the instructions on the back of the packet and add 1/2 tbsp salt, ajwain, and ground red chili pepper and 1 tbsp olive oil (not mandatory but recommended!)

  2. Roll the dough out and place on pizza pan. Place pan in oven for 12-17 minutes or until golden brown.

  3. While the crust is baking, chop the green onions and shred the cheese.

  4. Take crust out of the oven and add tomato sauce, cheese, and green onions.

  5. Place back into the oven for 7-12 minutes or until the cheese begins to bubble. Take out and enjoy!
